Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 days for production, plus shipping time. Production times for fully custom designs are agreed individually.

We offer fully tracked shipping globally. We pre-pay taxes and duties for all orders outside of the UA so you do not have to worry about paying for these when your order arrives. If you decide to return jewellery for a refund, the cost of these taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund.

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). If an international order is returned, any duties and taxes paid by Pallacio jewelry at the time of delivery will be deducted from the final refund amount. All international returns should be clearly sent and labelled as 'return to sender' to ensure taxes and duties are not charged twice. If there are any duties or taxes this must be paid by the sender.
