Shipping policy
Production and shipping are separate stages. Please allow time for both when planning your order.
Production time
Please allow 3-5 days for production. Shipping time starts after your order has been dispatched and is additional to production time.
For a custom design, the design, final price and production schedule are agreed with you as part of the custom-order process.
Shipping to the United States
- Standard shipping: $9.99 USD, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: $24.99 USD, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days after dispatch.
These shipping estimates do not include production time. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
US import duties
We cover import duties for orders shipped to the United States. You will not need to pay those import duties when your order arrives.
If a carrier asks you to pay import duties on a US order, please contact us with your order number and a copy of the request so we can help resolve it.
Other destinations
We also ship internationally, including to the United Kingdom and Europe. For questions about delivery to another country, contact us before ordering to check the available delivery options, prices, estimated transit times and applicable import arrangements. The US import-duty coverage above applies specifically to orders shipped to the United States.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Delivery questions
If your package is delayed or you need help with tracking, email pallaciojewelry@gmail.com with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos where possible.
